岗位职责：

-协助大客户经理完成人事代理、人事外包服务的销售支持及服务（入职后提供针对性产品知识和服务技巧培训）；

-做好业务热线的接听、判断、答复；

-独立完成大客户的持续服务及维护，做好数据整理和分析；

-及时与领导沟通，反馈客户需求和市场变化，提出改进工作及新行销思路、建议。

任职要求：

-全日制统招大专学历，专业不限；

-较好的沟通表达能力和服务意识；

-学习能力突出，快速掌握业务流程及产品知识；

-诚恳勤奋、灵活细致、有团队合作意识；

-能熟练操作办公软件。

薪资福利：
