岗位职责：

1、电话回访客户，收集客户反馈信息，分析整理汇报

2、负责部门技术服务焦点问题的改善推进，完成相应目标

3、负责部门的服务流程标准的梳理及制定

岗位要求：

1、对互联网行业有一定的了解

2、具备优秀的沟通技巧、表达技巧，普通话标准流利

3、有较强逻辑思维能力和分析问题能力

4、有较强的文字组织与语言表达能力，做事细心负责

上班时间：朝九晚六，周末双休
