工作职责：  

1、协助招聘主管进行人员招聘计划，利用各种有效招聘途径满足公司的人才需求；

2、筛选简历，搜索简历，对合格简历的求职者进行电话邀约；

3、负责招聘数据的登记、整理及统计；

4、协助招聘主管完成招聘效果汇总分析；

5、协助主管做好其他人事相关工作。

  

 任职要求：   

1、本科以上学历（大三、大四均可），每周全勤者优先；

2、热爱人力资源行业，对招聘、员工关系模块感兴趣；

3、熟练掌握office办公软件；

4、热情开朗，大胆自信；

5、具有较强的沟通、协调及数据分析能力；
