岗位职责:

负责控制,验收OEM厂产品出货质量(包括外观,性能等方面)及过程监控.

职位要求:

1. 诚实可靠,有原则,责任心强.善学习.

2. 懂电脑.会部分office 软件.如Word .Excel. PowerPoint

3. 大专以上学历..陶瓷类技生和有相关工作经验者优先.

4. 具备一定的人际交往能力.语言表达能力及独立操作能力.

Responsibility:


Conduct PPAP inspection for new components, which included dimensional, functional and cosmetic inspection.
Identify and design special gage for dimensions which could not be measured by regular inspection tools or equipment.
Prepare part review form (PRF) for new component and distribute the PRF to supplier. Identify critical dimension and review control plan sent by suppliers.
Be in charge of the daily customers complaint, and work with relative supplier for correction and follow up action
Provide on site quality training for existing/new suppliers to improve their quality capability.
Perform quality audit for existing and new suppliers.
Develop and audit new supplier by working with sourcing and other quality group.


Job Requirement/Education Requirement:


Knowledges in casting, injection molding/mold flow, forging and machining are required.
Minimum 5 years working experience as Quality engineer in manufacturing plant is required.
Familiar with QA knowledge such as FMEA, SPC, Cpk, GR&R.
Preferred to have Pro-e design capability
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
Bachelor Degree with Major in Mechanical or Tooling Engineering Design.
