Job Description: Working place in Xiamen office

1. Change EIR for all s/o received from Hong Kong/Xiamen office;

2. Phone answer about all merchant haulage empty pickup issues;

3. Reefer guarantee letter collect, Prepare COD/COV list to OPS;

4. Do nomination with ports per CSR's requesting and input nomination charges;

5. Update "container releasing control" vessel by vessel for all Xiamen port;

6 Assist to follow up the I/B shipments

Requirements:
- College degree or above;

- Relevant working experience in shipping companies is preferred;

- Good command of both spoken and written English;

- Good communication skill;

- Stable, responsible, hardworking and details attentive;
- Proficient in MS office, excel is preferred
- Willing to work overtime.
