Responsibilities:

To review Forecast& on-hand open SO, stocks in all DC, open PO status, work out the trade item purchase plan
To update the supplier commitment and analysis the shortage reason.
To communicate with sales and CS for the shortage risk.
To issue PO to supplier based on the open SO and commitment gaps on time.
To maintain the commitment to each PO in system and update the commitment to related department.
To communicate with the supplier for good supply schedule
To inform supplier for delivery based on shipping schedule.
To follow up the OUT-S FG complaints with QA and Supplier.
To analysis PO on time receiving status.
To follow up with the WH for PO receiving on time
To check the AP statements based on contracted schedule.
To review supplier performance with sourcing.


Job requirements :

Bachelor degree required
At least 3 years’ experience in planning and purchasing role
Good sense in whole supply chain
Excellent excel and PowerPoint skill
Strong data analysis and problem solver skill
Well communication skill in both English and Chinese
