职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Collect credit cards/unsecured personal loan past due amounts, working with difficult accounts which are long term delinquent and/or those not paid as promised

  • Contact customers by telephone or other applicable means, assess the individual circumstances and decide upon an appropriate course of action. This will include determining reasons for non-payment, negotiating payment arrangements, offering suggestions to customers on how to meet their obligations and advising them as to the possible consequences of not meeting the obligations.

  • Exercise good judgment on assessing client’s specific situation, recommend timely actions or other collection activity where appropriate.

     

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

  • College degree or above, with at least 2 years’ experience of telephone collection.

  • Excellent Interpersonal, communication, process and negotiation skills.

  • With team spirit, be proactive, determined, excellent execution and ability to facilitate business running.

  • Good collection knowledge and skill, good learner.
