1. Establish and maintain biochemistry laboratory and its quality system and make it conform to the regulations and the BeiGene Global quality requirements.

2. Development planning and budget management

3. Build Biochemistry team, identify and develop key talents

建立生化实验室团队，识别和发展关键人才

4. Manage Biochemistry employees in completion of testing to ensure timely reporting of test results in support of manufacturing operations.

   安排生化实验室人员及时完成检测工作，确保及时生成和报告测试结果

 5. Routine lab management, including but    not limited to validation doc./SOP/spec./testing report review and approval,    personnel training and assessment, task arrangement, etc. 

生化实验室日常管理，包括但不限于验证方案及报告/SOP/质量标准/检验报告审批、人员培训及考核、工作安排等

6. Assurance of Biochemistry lab EHS compliance

确保生化实验室在EHS方面的符合性

职位要求：

1. Master or above degree in Microchemical, molecular biology,pharmaceutical or related field.

生物化学、分子生物、药学、化学或相关学科硕士或以上学位。

2. Five (5) years or above working experience in biopharmaceutical industry, 2 years team management experience.

医药行业5年以上生物制药经验, 2年以上团队管理经验

3. Familiar with the ChP/USP/EP and the GMP/cGMP/EU GMP

熟悉中国药典、美国药典、欧洲药典及GMP/cGMP/欧盟GMP的相关要求

4. Expert knowledge of quality control principles, practices and standards for the biopharmaceutical industry.

具有生物制药行业质量控制，良好规范和相关标准的专业知识。

5. Good across functional communication and problem-solving skills.

具有积极有效的跨部门沟通的能力和解决问题的能力。

6. Working knowledge and experience with biochemical analytical methods such as Biochemistry, immunology, residual DNA, host cell protein, capillary electrophoresis etc. and instruments such ELISA plate reader, qPCR, CE, Cell flow cytometer etc. ·

熟悉生化检测相关方法 (生化，免疫结合，DNA残留，宿主细胞蛋白残留HCP，毛细管电泳等)及仪器(如ELISA，qPCR，CE， 流式细胞仪等) 的使用

7. Familiar with instrument and equipment validation.

熟悉仪器设备的验证。
