Job description:

Can be of legal discipline, should be able to attend to great details;

-      Devise media schedule to implement the approved plan

-      Negotiate the best possible media rate, ad positioning and added value for clients

-      Secure media space and follow up on media placement

-      Handle outdoor pre-emption and monitor print ad appearance

-      Provide timely post-outdoor campaign analysis and print position monitoring report upon campaign completion

-      Evaluate appropriate media opportunities for clients

-      Update media plan and spending on a regular basis

-      Ensure timely and accurate data entry for media invoicing every month

-      Assist planning team in day-to-day account handling and ongoing media service delivery

-

-      Requisition:

-      At least 5 years experience at the same position, in 4A agencies would be prefer.

-      Good interpersonal and communication skill

-      Proficiency in English, both oral and written

-      Good in computer skills, able to use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop efficiently

-      As a detailed, responsible and efficient team player
