· 负责座椅和过程参数的设定；Responsible for the seat and process parameter settings;

· 支持操作工的数量定义及产能爬坡计划；Support the operators’ quantity definition and climbing capacity planning;

· 正常生产时的制定；Formulate the normal production time;

· 对生产用的工装，模具，生产线物料布置的设计提出建议； Offer a proposal on tooling, mold, and material layout’s design of production line;

· 指导生产部更新工作指导书；Update working instruction to guide the production;

· 负责ECN按流程实施；Responsible for ECN according to the process implementation;

· 制定并更新工艺流程图;Develop and update the process flow diagram;

· 对顾客的工程规范进行评审；Review the engineering specification for customers；

· 制定防错措施并监控使用情况；Make mistake proofing, measure and monitor usage;

· 设备和工艺参数的设定和调整；Equipment and process parameter setting and adjustment;

· 生产中急需的工装和检测设备的设计，制造和验收；Tooling and test equipment design, manufacture and acceptance;

· 过程能力Cpk的监控Process capability, Cpk monitoring;

· 参与产品的试验计划的制定；Participate in product test plan;

· 过程中质量和效率的改进；The quality and efficiency improvement in process;

· 配合设备的维修和维护Participate in customer rejected product analysis and test when the quality problem or downtime appear. Cooperate with equipment repair and maintenance;

· 参与预防和纠正措施的制定和验证；Participate in the development of preventive and corrective actions and verification;

· 配合新项目中的设备安装和调试负责新设备的验收工作；Cooperate with the new project of equipment installation and commissioning for new equipment acceptance work;

· 支持新厂房的建设和规划并对厂房和layout提出建议；Support the new plant construction and planning and puts forward suggestions for workshop and layout;

· 新设备的生产能力和初始工序能力的验证；Verify production capacity of new equipment, initial process capability;

· 主管安排的其他工作；Other task is assigned by supervisor;

· 根据公司安全管理有关规定执行安全及健康管理职责。Perform safety & health management Responsibility in accordance with company’s safety management regulations.    

要求：

· 本科以上学历，工科相关专业Bachelor degree in automotive manufacturing,mechanical,or electrical majors, or equivalent experience;  

· 在3年以上汽车座椅装配相关工作经验 3 years relevant working experience in automotive seat assembly;   

· 熟练使用质量工具,例如FMEA, SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP 等Familiar with quality tools, such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP · 阅读及设计技术图纸能力良好Technical drawings and design ability;

· 熟练使用办公软件和绘图软件, 例如Ms office package, Auto-CAD, Pro-e,Catia;Familiar with office software and drawing software, such as Ms office package, Auto CAD, Pro - e, Catia;

· 书面及谈话的外语水平良好Good skills in foreign language, both written and talks; 

· 沟通表达能力和人际交往良好Good communication skills and interpersonal communication.
