职位描述
1.协助协调校长/校长与其他部门的沟通。
2.担任校长/校长的翻译。
3.与校长/校长协调预约面谈。为校长/校长准备候选人的简历和面试问题。
4.与校长/校长预约教师、家长和来访者，根据需要在会议期间担任翻译。
5.协助迎接学校的正式访问。
6.每天查看学校信息邮箱，并将邮件转发给相关人员处理。
7.维护母校日历。
8.协助学校的市场推广工作。
9.协助校长/校长协调通讯和其他材料的翻译和分发。
10.确保通过电子邮件向家长发送新闻稿，并在微信和学校网站上发布。确保学校最近的活动或新闻及时在学校网站上更新。
11.协助收集教师请假表，经校长/校长批准后提交人力资源部。
12.协助更新学生、工作人员和社区的手册和政策。
13.配合员工和印刷公司设计和印刷员工手册、学生日记、校历、背景、海报等。
14.确保与认证过程有关的所有电子形式和硬拷贝数据保持最新、准确和正确存档。
15.协助为校长/校长归档各类文件。
16.协助校长/校长管理整个学校活动的组织，包括家长教师会议、开放式会议和其他活动。
Other duties:
1.准备SLT会议议程，并在会议期间做好会议记录。
2.协助向员工、家长或学生发送调查，收集调查数据，确保将调查结果发送给相关人员跟进。
3.协助校长/校长准备教室的教学设备和资源。（不确定）

Guangzhou Nanfang International School (GNIS) is a non-profit co-educational international school in Guangzhou, China, that offers quality education in English at Secondary, Primary and Early Childhood levels. We are licensed by the Education Department of Guangdong and the Chinese Ministry of Education as an international school for expatriate children.
The school is located in the Longdong area of Tianhe District. The school has been purpose build to enable students to excel in their learning. This includes science labs, playing field, two media centres, a global inquiry room, and basketball courts.
We have gained a reputation as a school which provides a caring environment for our students and encourages the pursuit of excellence in academic and extracurricular endeavours.
With over 40 different countries represented by our students, staff and families GNIS values and seeks to build on the great diversity of our school community.
