1、负责月子中心销售、管理工作的指导，全面提升月子中心销售、服务质量与管理水平；

2、配合公司整体市场推广方案的实施，推动门店的市场推广工作；

3、协助拟订门店的目标及目标分解，完成公司下达的业绩目标，定期提交月度、季度、年度经营计划及相关报表

4、负责月子中心与公司总部职能、业务部门的沟通协调，确保营运工作开展顺畅；

5、根据公司政策，有效建立、完善并实施各项工作流程；

6、团结员工，做好人才需求分析、选用、培训与考核。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，专业不限，具有月子中心管理工作经历者优先考虑；

2、具有3年及以上母婴/酒店/餐饮/美业等相关工作经验，其中1年及以上实体店店长岗位经历；

3、熟悉母婴/酒店/餐饮/美业等实体店管理工作重点和流程；

4、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力；

5、工作有耐心、爱心，服务意识强，待人具有亲和力，良好的沟通能力和处理突发事件的能力；

6、具备独立解决问题的能力和较强的市场分析能力；

7、具有敏锐的市场意识，善于整合优化各类市场资源。
