THE POSITION

As a Manager with CPG Consumer Insight team, you will be accountable for the client management, competitive proposal delivery, smooth and efficient project management as well as insightful report analysis. You will also be responsible for managing a small team and help the team members to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with Director to win biddings and could handle complicated RFP from CPG clients

- Act as the client partner, keep daily communications with clients, solve daily problems/request from clients, and deliver high quality insight reports

- Work with teams to deliver proposal design, project management and report analysis

- Coach subordinates, maintain a team with high productivity and help the team member to grow

- Critical thinking, and skills to integrate different resources to achieve a business driven result

- Story teller reporting delivery, and convincing presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years experiences in consumer research, CPG industry involvement will be an advantage

- Familiar with market research project management and has experience in handling a tight timeline and complicated methodologies independently

- Good communication skill

- Good data and market sense, strong logical mindset

- Responsible person with ‘can-do’ attitudes

- Good team spirit

- People manager experience will be an advantage

- Proficiency in oral and written English is desired

- Sufficient knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

- BA / BS Required
