About The Role

Role Location: ANZ China – Beijing

Role Type: Permanent, full-time

As the Senior Officer for Onboarding, Static and Client Documentation, you will be covering all aspects of client onboarding, KYC/static data. You will be responsible for facilitating corporate account service processes. This will primarily include ensuring KYC checks, sanction policies checks, and compliance with operational procedures and local regulations. You will provide strong business support to Relationship Managers and will ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of customer records. You will also help deliver a consistently high level of customer service and manage customer calls as and when required. You will also work in collaboration with Hub operations for daily customer transactions and handle general enquiries.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

• Proven experience in corporate account service and on boarding control function in a corporate banking background.

• Solid knowledge of relevant rules and regulations

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an ability to interface with relevant stakeholders and operation team members

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with particular emphasis on ability to extract relevant information and present in a concise format.

• Strong organisational and coordination skills
