1. Regularly maintain database of customer's quality related
inquires/technical complaints which are from Bayer Customer Contact
Center,Pharmacovigilance, Medical Communication, Legal Department,
Commercial Department, Authority, etc and ensure each customer
complaints is recorded timely and completely.
2. Perform preliminary investigation for customer complaints to
support the responsible staff for customer complaints handling to make
final assessment. Regularly follow and monitor handling status of
customer complaints and ensure there is no overdue complaints and CAPAs.
3. Handling internal complaints for the bulk material, which is
manufactured by other Bayer sites, including regularly maintaining its
database,collecting more detailed information, arranging international
express for complaints samples, monitoring process, following up CAPAs.
4. Monitor data of transportation temperatrue excursions for bulk
material, which is manufactured by other Bayer sites and ensure each
transportation temperatrue excursion is entered into Dev@com system and
assigned to the responsible staff for evaluation timely.
5. Monitor and review the returned goods records and ensure their
information right and completed before the destroy decision on the
returned goods are made. Monitor and monthly review pressure monitoring
trends .
6. Support bidding according to bidding team's requirements .

职位要求：
Education:Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutics or related degree
Experience: at least 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical
plant and customer complaint handling experience is better
Knowledge and Skill
? English in written and reading
? Knowledge on Chinese GMP and licensed pharmacist is better
? Good communication skills with internal partners and customer
? Strong team work spirit and initiative in work
