1、负责前台接待管理，包括：公司访客，面试接待，做好重要事项记录与转达；

2、收发公司的快递、收发各类信件和文件; 公司订水，订餐等相关事务的登记和办理

3、统计每月考勤数据;

4、负责公司会议室使用的管理，

5、负责办公环境卫生；（包括绿植，茶水间，会议室，公共区域物品摆放进行监督和管理工作）

6、协助组织员工活动，福利等工作（包括生日会，年会等）

7、协助日常行政工作及分担部分人力资源相关工作；

任职要求：

1.在校学生，亲和力强；

2.口齿伶俐清晰，反应能力佳；

3.能熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件；

4.具有良好的沟通协调能力。
