工作职责(按重要性顺序列出)：

  

1, Ensures compliance of process with national and regional standards and legislation.

  

2, Set up and roll out the quality system for Guangzhou new site, monitor and advise on the performance of the QMS, ensures that all activities are under control at all times;

  

3, Develop quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control points and preventive measures;

  

4, Set quality objectives and KPI with the vision in align with plant management objectives and ensure targets are achieved;

  

5, Promote quality achievement and performance improvement;

  

6, Lead , manage, and supervise the daily activities of technical and quality staff;

  

7,Define quality procedures, standards, systems in conjunction with operating/maintenance staff;

  

8, Prepare quality documentation by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations;

  

9, Maintain and improve product quality by completing internal and external surveillance audits, by investigating customer complaints and implementing preventive/corrective actions;

  

10, Update job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality management;

  

  

任职资格/条件(学历、工作经验、专业知识&技能等)

  

1. Bachler degree above, degree in chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineer qualification as a plus;

2. 3~10 years of relevant, quality assurance or quality control management experience in the Pharmaceutical or food industry, preferably in international environment;

3. Proven leadership and communication skills;

4. Dedication to quality and reliability in all work tasks;

5. Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management;

6. Experience in conducting/hosting inspections and audits;

7. High attention to detail, both written and numerical, and commitment to quality;

8. The ability to be flexible by adapting quickly to changing priorities;

9. Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills;

10.  Open, integrity , transparent personality;

11. Collaborative but decisive in behaviour, energetic and results-oriented.

12. English as fluent working language.
