职位描述

Due to ongoing success and expansion Oracle is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager Oracle Marketing Cloud (OMC) in Shanghai, China.

**Background
- The BD Manager will focuse on enterprise accounts who are selling the most compelling cloud marketing software suite and services in the market.
- The OMC BD Manager's primary responsibilities are delivering expected levels of revenue performance, ensuring customer success, and local marketing.

**THE ROLE
- Enable CX organization to scale and accelerate the growth of Oracle Marketing Cloud.
- Build personal credibility and manage internal networks and relationships.
- Establish and manage cross functional processes, services, solution consulting, finance, legal, marketing, education, channels, etc. and intra-regional account sharing.
- Create and manage short term and long term business plans.
- Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external partner relationships.
- Leverage company best practices to ensure customer success and maintain executive relationships in top region accounts.


任职要求:

You will have extensive knowledge of managing high performing sales teams in the Marketing Cloud or related space.

Candidates will have significant experience in presenting at industry events and will be seen as an inspirational leader for our customers and our sales executives

Candidates will have suitable sales backgrounds in one or more of the following application areas: Marketing Cloud/CRM/CX/Digital/SaaS. Any type of Digital Marketing knowledge is preferable.
