Role Title: Senior Software Engineer
Business: RBWM Technology
Role Purpose / Description
Project/Team Introduction:
Providing testing service to RBWM Digital project, especially for API or services that is consumed in Mobile banking domain (customer facing and staff facing), and participated to internet banking as well.
Job Duties:
?Analyze business requirements, scope, to identify testing needs and approach
?Liaising with product owner and developers for clarity on stories, acceptance criteria and testing scope
?Prepare testing schedule and related testing activities while identifying and resolving all potential risks and issues
?Participate in project workshop to generate testing approach and perform risk assessment
?Coordinate with various participants and teams to prepare test cases, data set-ups and test environments
?Prepare and execute automated testing scripts
?Coordinate with relevant teams for test data creation; develop automated data generation solution when needed.
?Communicate with the relevant stake holder regarding resolving technical issues related to delivery of projects
?R&D on emerging testing approach and facilitate training/implementation cross internal teams
?Practitioner in agile activities stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
MUST have skills (not just a class room training experience) –
?Hands on experience on Core Java, Maven
?Hands on experience on REST-assured/JUnit/TestNG framework for API testing
?Hands on experience in any Java IDE (e.g. Eclipse, Intellij IDEA)
?Hands on experience on GIT, JIRA, Jenkins
?Good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) an how it’s working
?Good understanding of HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax
?Good understanding of Message Schema, RAML, Message Request-Response mechanism
?Working experience in Agile methodology / SAFe with ‘in-sprint’ automation
GOOD to have –
?Understanding of STUB/Service virtualization
?Understanding of any API testing tools like – POSTMAN, Rest Client, MuleSoft Anypoint etc.
?Understanding Microservices architecture and API gateway will be a plus.
?Hands on experience on API development under Spring Boot, Mulesoft, Swagger, Node.js will be helpful.
?Understanding typical cloud infrastructure like AWS or Cloud Foundry.
?Knowledge on unit testing e.g. JUnit and testing coverage e.g. JaCoCo, SonarQube.
?Been able to understand Retail Banking functions/requirements
General requirements
?Bachelor or above qualification with major in software/computer or related discipline;
?Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
?5 years+ relevant experience on the API development or testing;
