职位描述
1.具有较强沟通管理能力；
2.负责项目新员工的招聘，入职前培训和上岗培训并落实至岗位；
3.每天定时巡检现场卫生及垃圾分类，对不合格项及时提出整改，并督导下属领班完成；
4.负责协调与处理客户关系与事务，对客户提出的整改建议和工作配合要求，需***时间完成并及时汇报；
任职要求
年龄：35-45岁以内；
工作年限l:2年以上
