【岗位职责】

1、根据招聘目标计划，拓展招聘渠道，通过网络、猎头、外部合作、新媒体运用、校企合作等多种方式实施招聘活动；

2、执行发布职位信息、候选人邀约、宣讲、笔试、面试组织、offer洽谈等，及时满足用人部门需求；

3、创新招聘渠道与方法，完善甄选流程与标准，持续提升招聘效率与效果；

4、收集职能类岗位需求（人力、行政、财务、数据、市场、培训类），发现问题，并提出改善问题方案，前瞻性解决业务部门需求；

5、负责招聘KPI监控、数据汇总统筹管理工作；
