Brief Description of Key Job Requirements工作职责：

Control内部控制:

1.    Responsible to review all accounts reconciliation and follow up the outstanding items with Accenture staffs

负责监管所有会计科目使用的正确性以及所有科目余调节表，与艾森哲同事一起跟进未决事项。

2.    Maintain ARMs in system

在ARMs系统里，维护会计科目的匹配及定义。

3.    Monitor the surplus cash investment.

操作公司的资金方面的理财。

4.    Responsible for all external & internal audit

负责协调和跟进所有内、外部审计事宜。

5.    Responsible for all internal control issues (eSOX, IAD & ACA issue follow up and daily internal control issues)

负责所有公司内部的内控管理事宜(eSOX系统定期更新, IAD和ACA等内部审计的跟进，以及内控的日产事宜)

6.    Be familiar with UTC policy and edit SENJE finance control policy

熟悉UTC的制度，并据此编写或完善适用于胜捷的财务内控制度。

7.    Ensure the internal control process effectively implemented in daily operation and identify opportunities for improvement.

在日常运作中发现不足并提出完善和改进意见，以确保内部控制在我司有效和全面地执行。

 Daily operation jobs日常工作:

1.    Treasury operation：Responsible for local treasury management except for Accenture part and ensure all the process according to UTC policy and China GAAP.(Paper/electronic bank note receiving, cash & bank cheque registration & regularly counting).

资金管理：负责所有本地的资金管理业务(艾森哲不便触及的方面)，并确保所有的操作都符合UTC集团制度以及中国会计准则。

2.    Tax operation: Responsible for local tax management except for Accenture part and ensure all the process according to UTC policy and China tax law (VAT invoice & tax declaration process).

税务实务：负责所有本地的税务实务(艾森哲不便触及的方面)，并确保所有的操作都符合UTC集团制度以

及中国税法。

3.    Fixed assets operation: Responsible for all transactions for fixed assets according to UTC policy and China GAAP (new, retirement, transfer and write-off, annual counting and reports)

固定资产管理：负责固定资产方面的业务(新增，报废，转移和处置，年终盘点等)，并确保所有的操作都符合UTC集团制度以及中国会计准则

 Reports报告:

1.     Assist FP&A for cash flow & Tax & fixed assets rolling forecast and annual budget preparation

协助财务分析员准备资金、税务和固定资产方面的月度滚动预测和年度预算报告。

2.     Assist FM to prepare all the financial reports in China GAAP to meet some government offices’ request

协助财务经理准备和提供所有中国会计准则方面的财务报告和数据给外部政府部门。

3.     Responsible to prepare annual CIT proposal for FM reviewing.

负责准备年度的所得税计提方案并得到财务经理的审批。

4.     Responsible to prepare tax submission breakdown by tax type

负责维护按各不同税种缴税记录和计提依据的文档

Cooperation and Others协作和其他

1.    Provide supports to sales/Marketing department for project bidding (all kinds of bonds, bank reference, VAT information, financial data)

向销售和市场部提供项目投标方面的支持。（提供各种保函、银行资信证明、增值税和发票方面的文件、财务数据等）

2.    Other ad hoc tasks

接收其他临时性任务和安排。

Qualification任职资格

-       Good communication skill and with team spirit

具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神

-       Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics

会计或金融方面的学士学位

-       2-3 years working experiences in accounting and finance is plus, excellent fresh graduate is acceptable

2-3年会计或财务方面的工作经验优先，优秀应届生亦可接受

-       Strong MS Excel skills

较强的办公软件特别是Excel方面的技能

-       Self-driven, independent and good pressure dealing

有良好的自我驱动，独立和抗压能力。

-       Good in English

良好的英文能力

岗位情况补充：

1.上班时间：周一到周五，8:30-17:30，周末双休

4.薪资范围：￥5000-￥6000，13薪（乘以公司业绩系数及个人绩效系数）
