1.Support the organization integration and development strategy.为组织的整合及发展提供支持。

2.Drive change through effective HR programs. 通过有效的人力资源项目驱动变革。

3.Act as key business partner to the leadership team and to provide counsel to management on complex employee issues. 向管理层提交解决复杂员工问题的建议。

4.Develop and implement talent management programs which include planning, assessment, training and development etc. 制定执行人才发展项目，包括计划评估、培训及人员发展等。

5.Recommend and direct the implementation of HR programs/policies and guarantee the HR system, e.g. ATS, Payroll etc in proper condition. 执行HR的项目及政策及HR系统的正常运行。

6.Promote positive employee relationship and handle employee grievance. 推动积极的员工关系及处理员工问题。

7.Partner with HR colleagues in Field, shared services to effectively deliver HR services. 向 HR的同事合作，提供有效的HR服务。

8.Any other assignment as determined by supervisor. 完成主管安排的其它工作。

 

任职要求：

1.Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语听、说、读、写良好。

2.Customer oriented & customer focus 以客户为导向

3.Good skill of organizing and planning 良好的组织及计划技能

4.Analytical and problems solving skills分析问题及解决问题的能力

5.Good knowledge about labor law and local labour policies/regulations 熟悉劳动法、当地劳动法规等。

6.Able to communicate and work with people at all level of the organization能与各层级的员工合作及沟通。

7. M&A Experiences Perferred，有并购相关经验者优先。
