Your tasks and responsibilities

工作职责

• Coordinate daily distribution operation and arrangements;

     协调日常运输配送的操作和安排；

• Ensure SOP/KPI indicators as well as customer satisfaction targets are obtained;

  确保SOP/KPI指标实现同时客户满意度达标；

• Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system and processed accordingly;

  确保所有客户订单录入系统并进行相应处理；

• Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  及时专业地发现和解决问题。

                

Your skills and experience

任职要求

To be considered, you should have at least 1 years of customer service experience and ideally in a transportation & logistics company. You are customer-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.

1年或以上相关客服经验，运输物流行业优先。有良好的客户服务意识和工作抗压能力。需精通普通话。
