岗位职责：

1、根据公司的战略目标，负责多个天猫店铺年度目标、季度目标、月度目标的达成；

2、统筹店铺日常运营工作：熟悉天猫操作流程和交易规则、店面日常改版策划、上架、推广、销售、物流等日常运作与管理工作；

3、统筹收集市场和行业信息，做好产品分析并策划店铺促销活动方案，推进业绩目标达成，提升活动ROI；

4、搭建一支目标明确、作战高效、凝聚力强的运营团队，建设人才梯队，为公司培养优秀的管理人才或储备干部；

5、推动天猫平台运营中心系统、制度、流程的持续优化和提升，提升团队工作效率及业绩产出。

6、具备店铺运营从0-->1，从1-->100的成功操盘经验。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科以上学历，一本院校优先考虑，特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历；

2、具有3-5年以上电商化妆品运营管理经验，并最少带领团队实现月营收300万以上；

3、熟悉各类电商网络平台的规则、推广工具、方式和活动资源，并能指导电商平台企划、设计、推广、销售、客服和物流等各板块工作；

4、具较强的全局统筹和把控能力，有较强的数据分析能力，能够根据运营数据及时优化各项工作；

5、热爱学习、了解行业最新发展，对新媒体推广和玩法等具备一定了解；

6、具有强烈的进取心，精力充沛，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神。
