岗位职责：

1. 负责微信小程序运营和推广工作，对用户数据负责；

2. 规划产品推广功能和形式，并与产品经理和研发进行沟通以推动功能的实现和完善；

3. 制定小程序营销推广策略，拓展外部流量渠道，建立长期有效的流量获取方式并促进转化，整合各渠道资源

4. 全面负责小程序线上活动策划与运营，规划活动形式和渠道投放，形成一定的传播力增强品牌曝光，并进行活动效果评估，提升流量、转化率、交易额、客户留存等业务指标；

5. 全面负责日常运营，包括产品上下架、产品投放数据监控、分析和反馈，优化运营及推广策划等

6. 参与公司重要线上项目的创意构思、前期提案、设计创意等。

 

任职要求：

1. 对互联网行业有较高的敏感度，有企业微信小程序、公众号运营、推广经验；

2. 善于把握用户心理，有强烈的同理心、好奇心与求知欲，能不同角度综合评估问题；

3. 熟悉多种裂变活动形式，具有优秀的语言表达与文案撰写能力，并有独立的思考和较高的审美趣味；

4. 有奢侈品或美妆品类商品运营经验的优先考虑；

5. 有责任感，思维活跃，同时具有较强的逻辑及数据分析能力与良好的沟通能力；

6. 具有很强的进取心和创业精神，统筹能力强，能适应高强度的工作压力。
