岗位职责:

？1、Support company-wide strategic optimization of lens production process with focus on Cut, Edge and Fit. (Cut, Edge and Fit是指镜片加工的工序：车边上架。)
？2、Take lead of Kaizen events by establishing action to accomplish task, leads and guides during Kaizen events to let team know how to eliminate waste and to improve process.
？3、Support implementation and monitor KPIs to improve value-adding process.
4、Advise and implement Lean Management principles for process optimization on global scale.
5、Support the embedding of production equipment, innovative technologies and IT process hands-on in production process with focus on Cut, Edge and Fit.

任职资格:

1． Good IE / lean knowledge and skills, bachelor degree or above, industrial engineering is preferred;
2． More than 3 years IE/Lean working experience, IE/Lean project experience; (Automation transformation project experience, software programming experience, or process improvement experience is preferred)
3． Knowledge or experience in project management;
4． Goal-oriented, good problem analysis and solving skills, good communication and coordination skills
5． Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
6．Willing to travel domestic and aboard.
7. Experience in using production management system/SAP or optical background is a premium.
