工作职责：

1.1. 灌输正确的管理理念：精益生产、团队精神、不责备、沟通、避免7种浪费等 Mindset of lean productions/ 5S / teamwork、“no blaming” culture / communication / 7wastes

1.2.审核本部门报告与表单； Review production’s report and forms.

1.3.本部门人员工作安排、指导及人才梯队建设； Job arrangement of production, guidance and team building.

1.4.引导、改善、营造安全的生产环境 LEAD & Guarantee safe working environment

1.5.其他部门有需求时，提供帮忙和支持； Support other departments with sharing workforce.

2.1.接单、控单，确认当日出货的产品，核对统计生产数据，制定第二天生产计划报表； Received orders, control orders, confirm the products could be ship the same day, check the statistical production data, and formulate the production plan report for the next day;

2.2.编制生产计划、生产作业、物流货运计划，督促生产科按时完成各项生产任务； Prepare the production plans, production operations, and urge the production department to complete various production tasks on time.

2.3. 跟车间组长、采购合作制作更新生产计划，跟QC、仓库、生产、跟单、物流沟通分享生产计划； Cooperate with line manager & procurement to create and communicate “production plan” to QC/WH/PROD/PM/LOGISTICS

2.4. 根据公司的订单状况和发展计划，有计划地预算相对应资源和设备的投入和费用（如机器、人员、场地、外发产品 等） Plan for resources (machinery / people / space / outsourcing products

3.1.根据员工的技能特点合理安排生产 Organize production according to workers skills

3.2.根据生产实际更高效率地利用和调配我们的机器； Setup and adjust machinery for best efficiency.

3.3.现场问题的处理； Solve problem at sight

3.4.确保产品按质按时高效完成并出货； Make sure production is delivered on time with right quality at efficient cost

3.5.生产、订单、品质等数据信息的统计与分析； Production，orders，quality information’s statistics and analysis

3.6.相关费用的核算、统计与审核。 Statistics and audit of related expenses

3.7.异常订单处理； Abnormal order processing

4.1.协助项目经理、开发部去评估原材料 SUPPORT PM/SOURCING TEAM TO EVALUATE RM MATERIALS

4.2.根据生产计划，与采购和供应商合作，让原材料及时送达，不堆积库存 ORGANISE JIT DELIVERY OF RM BASED ON PLANNING

4.3.跟财务和采购合作，跟供应商协商对公司有利的付款条件。 WORK W/ FINANCE DPT. TO ORGANISE BEST PAYMENT POSSIBLE FOR OUR COMPANY

5.1.控制管理报价工艺成本 Control craftsmanship cost for quotation

5.2.跟财务合作计算准确的人工费 Work with finance to get accurate man costing

5.3.订单完成后跟财务合作分析费用成本和盈利状况 Work with finance to validate production results (after production).

6.1.确保机器能正常高效使用 Maintain good machinery efficiency

6.2.跟机修或者供应商合作提高机器设备效能 Work with equipment manufacturer to improve capacity / capability / efficiency

7.1.仓库管理：维持整理正解、引导高效的管理 Maintain & guide efficient organization

7.2.跟进第三方验货 Follow up with 3rd party inspection

7.3.总经理下达的其他工作任务 All task assigned by GM

任职 资格 内 容 必 备 条 件

1、学历、专业 大专以上学历

2、工作经验 五年以上工作经验，2年以上PMC主管同等职位工作经验

3、技能和能力 熟练使用办公软件 具备一定统计学知识 熟悉ISO9000/ISO14001知识

4、专业/技术资格等级 接受过PMC相关专业培训

5、个性与品质 原则性强，对数字敏感 性格沉稳、善于沟通和决断

我们生产各类型的户外/登山背包。 我们的目标是给各中小型品牌提供高质量小数量的背包生产服务。
我们可以提供高质量的布料(Cordura, Gore-Tex, Fiber Glass, 等…) 使用独特的工艺如激光切割,无缝焊接,数码印花. 我们的生产车间在中国, 因此我们认真对待工厂的社会责任问题。
我们正在努力获取一些社会责任认证(SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX).

We are a 100% foreign owned factory based in South China.
We manufacture and export various technical/ mountain bags and backpacks. Our target is to support SMEs and medium- size brands to produce high quality bags with rather small volumes.
We can provide the latest technical fabrics (Cordura, Gore-Tex, Fiber Glass, etc…) and also using unique techniques like laser cutting, seamless bonding, digital printing for your products.
We own our production in China , as such, we are very involve in the social aspects of the factory, and we are currently working on Social Accountability Certification (SA8000, BSCI, SEDEX).
We currently employ 80 workers. We are always looking for new talents, to be stationed in our factory.
