Role Title:Associate Software Engineer II
Business: OSS - Operations Shared Services
Role Purpose / DescriptionThe responsibilities include activities described in the software project lifecycle. This would entail areas such as1. Coding: Analyze and develop code as per specifications.
2. Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results
3. Testing: Prepare unit / system test plans, Conduct unit testing and system integration testing.
4. Support: Provide post development support.
5. Customer delight: Ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded under all circumstances. This would imply the following:
? Shouldering responsibility diligently and delivering quality output within the defined schedule and service levels
? Adhering to world-class process standards such as Capability Maturity Model – Integrated (CMM-I), RBPM, SDLC.
? Understanding the client’s requirement and translating it to the project team
6. Day to day maintenance and support of the application
7. Provide support documentation
8. Provide Quantitative Analysis on all work products
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications 1. University graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline
2. At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT with solid knowledge on application development and support
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
4. Experience in Finance and Banking industry would be an advantage
5. Technical capability: Continuously upgrading and learning various technologies required for successful project delivery through continuous learning and training.
? Familiar with JAVA， JSON，Activity, JS, Angular, Visual studio, Shell Script
? Solid domain knowledge of Core Banking, Interface, Payment, etc. is preferred
? Familiar with MQ, CD/CE gateway, sFTP, etc.
6. Work under pressure, willing OT when the project is in tight schedule.
7. Open mindset and adapt to the change, positive attitude and logical thinking
8. Able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
9. Team player
