Role Title: Associate Software Engineer IIBusiness: Global Banking & Markets IT Role Purpose / Description
? Participate in the various testing work, such as change impact analysis, test solution exploration, test automation feasibility study, test planning and reporting.
? Perform test case design, test automation scripting and execution under the guidance of a supervisor, and according to the testing strategy and meeting quality requirements.
? Develop utility/tool to fullfil testing/process automation requirement.
? Work closely with other global IT teams in project implementation and support.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
? Solid technical knowledge and development experience in Java and VBA, knowledge/experience in Python, iSeries, RPG, ILE and CL programming is an advantage.
? Good knowledge in quality assurance, testing and test automation.
? Fast learner, willing to learn new technology and business domain knowledge.
? Working knowledge of treasury products including foreign exchange, fixed income, equities and derivatives is an advantage.
? Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
? Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English.
? A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude.
? Confident to interact directly with people with different culture.
