Role Title: Administration OfficerBusiness: Global Banking & Markets IT Role Purpose / Description The job will involve some or all of the following activities:
? Provide support to the development, management and maintenance data policies, methodologies, systems and processes to ensure data integrity
? Provide support to the Development and maintenance of data processes which ensure that they are fitting to serve the needs of HSBC
? Investigate and perform root cause analyses to identify data integrity issues and process failures
? Provide support in the implementation of solutions
? Provide a data lineage view to discover the data flow/movement from its source to destination via various changes
? Participate in data management and data governance activities, ensuring this data practices comply with regulations of all geographies under remit
? Advise on change activities which involve data sources, affect data processes or impact data service provision
? Drive the adoption of data lineage discovery software and adoption of methodologies such as Agile and DevOps which incorporates data modelling capabilities
? Provide support to the deployment and maintenance of Metadata applications for recording and maintaining data lineage to understand, visualize and optimise the sources and flow of data across the bank

- Better have the experience on project data management and business management experience.
- Basic skill of Microsoft Office
- Strong English speaking and written skill
- Data analysis skill
