Role Title: Senior Consultant Specialist
Business:OSS - Operations Shared Services Role Purpose / Description:
? Work as technical SME to deliver projects with high quality
? Good at project management, provide project status and progress update timely to different stakeholders
? Work with business users and BA independently to complete the requirement gathering and manage the project full cycle delivery
? Supervise the team to complete system design, development and testing
? Collaborate with various partner teams for testing and production support
? Lead in issue investigation and problem solving
? Implement proper process and practice to improve quality and efficiency
? Help the team to improve the adoption of agile and DevOps
? Manage business and operations
职位要求：
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
? Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
? Minimum 5 years of experience in banking IT
? Minimum 3 years of experience in team management
? Deep understanding on payments domain is an advantage
? Experience of working with LoB business is an advantage
? Solid experience of end to end project delivery
? Solid experience on Mainframe development and production support, have good knowledge on COBOL, CICS, DB2, TWS and batch development
? Excellent communication skills
? Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility and a good team player
? Experience in working on global/regional critical systems would be an advantage
? Be proficient in both written and spoken English.
? Analytical mind set on root cause analysis and resolution
? Experience on Agile/DevOps would be an advantage
? Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven fast learner
