Role Title: Software Engineer
Business: OSS - Operations and Shared Services Technology
Role Purpose / Description
? Work collaboratively with the Business partners and vendor to develop, deploy corebanking product adhere to HSBC process and coding standard
? Suggest pro-active solutions to the issues/incidents reported on the products which mentioned above
? Take personal responsibility for surfacing and solving issues
? Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies and practices.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
? University graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline
? Experience on application software development and support
? Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written English, spoken English is preferred
? Experience on AS400 RPG/CL or JAVA is preferred
? Experience on Java and spring framework and web-service API development is preferred
? Awareness of Agile/DevOps approach and practices, experience on CICD tools such as ARCAD, GITHUB, Jenkins, RTC, JIRA is advantage
? Experience on Web development with CSS, JavaScript, Angular is preferred
? Experience on non-relationship DB skills (i.e MongoDB) is preferred
? Experience on relational database, especially Oracle(11g, 12c) is preferre
