Responsibility:

1.Complete data input of global tenders as per tender requirements. Co-ordinate with BU and countries to input rates in the tender sheets based on tender rate guidelines received from different BUs.

2.Interpret and simplify information received from BU to complete tender files with high level of data accuracy.

3.Build a good understanding of different rate compositions, customer requirements and translate learnings into SOP to maintain knowledge center. 

4.Familiarize with ZIM systems and tools, clarify unclear instructions with Bid Owner to achieve SLA.

5.Establishes good communication with Manager and team, follow the guidelines, complete the assignments, assist peers, coach new staff, share information and report any special case in time in order to achieve the Central Bidding Unit targets.

Requirements：

 

1.College diploma or above, CET4；Fresh and smart graduates are also acceptable.

2.At least 1-2 Years’ experience in the International Transportation/Forwarding or Shipping Industry ；

3.Must have very good Microsoft Excel skills；

4.Good command of spoken & written English is must；

5.Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality；

6.Good time management skills to complete multiple tasks；

7.Strong teamwork spirit, hard-working and self-motivated；                                                                       

8.Positive with “Can Do” attitude.
