Job description:

  

We are looking for a teacher willing to work with children under three years old and interested in the Montessori pedagogy.

  

The teacher will mainly focus on teaching English individually or in a group. The teacher will be trained by the head of school and lead teachers in order to adapt smoothly to the routine and Montessori method

  

The teacher will also be in charge of helping children’s personal development, such as independence, care of self, care of the environment, communication skills, music, art and more.

  

The teacher will be working as a team with her colleagues and little by little acquire more responsibility in the group.

  

The teacher will follow children growth and write monthly reports.

  

The Head of school will be giving on-going training so that the teacher can learn Montessori theory and put it into practice during the class.

  

Job requirements:

  

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in preschool education is preferred; have teacher qualification certificate;

  

2. Native language must be English;

  

3. Passionate into early childhood education

  

4. Good team work and willing to learn

  

Our benefit：

  

1. According to your experience and personal situation, We can offer petitive salaries(Salary range: 15-20K per month). And excellent training and career prospects.

2. Work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5h30pm, 1h30min break for lunch. And 1 Saturday per month from 9am to 5pm.

3. After probation period：we provide social insurance + Lunch subsidy + free physical examination every year;

      Paid holidays: After probation, You will be entitled to 7 days annual vacation per year. We also provide you 10 days sick leave with full pay per year in case you have to absent due to physical discomfort or medical appointments, 1 day Christmas holiday and Chinese national holidays

JJB Montessori AMI Centre opened its door the 29th Novermber 2014 in Guangzhou.
Welcoming children from conception to 4 years old during the week and children from 2 to 12 years old every Saturdays. Pregnant women and parents are also supported by workshops and conferences.
