岗位职责

  

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that achieve Company’s short term and long term objectives.

  负责制订及执行市场策略及满足公司长期及短期目标。

• Explore, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including Company webpage renovation, effective content management, SCRM (Social Customer Relationship Management) to win Company awareness.

  考察、发展及执行公司在电子媒体上的市场策略以提升公司形象，提高公司认知度。

• Develop and oversee the annual integrated marketing plan for new products and budget. Effectively allocate the marketing budget and resources to ensure effective ROI.

  制订及管理年度市场部预算及市场新产品规划，有效地运用资源以达至最理想的回报率。

• Lead, engage, develop marketing team to maximize their performances and development in the Company

  构建及领导市场部团队、发挥团队的***潜能。

• Study and keep track and reporting to the Company the latest development of the cosmetics brands, new products or new concepts insight in the market.

  调研及跟踪国内外化妆品行业的最新动向，并向公司管理层定期汇报。

• Drive continued portfolio & product innovation through partnering closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Innovation)

  跨部门合作（如销售、研发）推动产品创新、拓展公司目前的产品线。

• Responsible for organizing Trade Shows for domestic and overseas market

                                负责主导参加国内外展览会，以提高公司的知名度。

 

岗位要求：

  

  

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG/cosmetics industry. Solid marketing functional knowledge and experiences, with recent experience in leading marketing function for a major corporation in China.

  在化妆品或快销品行业不小于10年市场部经验（经验不足可以考虑入职为经理级别），其中以有化妆品行业经验优先考虑。具备市场部职能知识及实战经验，有在中国大企业担当市场部管理层为佳。

• Good digital marketing experiences

  对电子、社交媒体有良好的认识及经验。

• Familiar with the China and International market – understands how to manage business and teams in this environment and possesses deep consumer insights.

  熟悉中国及国际市场，了解如何管理不同国籍的团队成员，以及深入了解顾客需求及认知。

• Very good command of English and Chinese in both written and verbal.

                    需要具备优秀中英文书写、会话及表达能力，如能操另外一种亚洲语言（如日语）的更佳。

Established in 2002, Shanghai Yingshuo Group have been in the business of manufacturing cosmetic packaging materials for around 18 years. Our facility comprises of 60,000 square meters in total manufacturing area. We had around a thousand workers on site. We had outstanding technical team and product development capabilities which could provide customers with “One Stop Shop” total packaging material solutions. Our state-of-the-art equipment and facility include mold design and manufacturing, injection, one-step or two-step injection blow molding, extrusion blow molding, in-house spray coating and vacuum plating facilities. Last but not least, we are also increasing our level of automation of our assembly process. We have also accredited with ISO9001 / ISO18001 / ISO14001 / SA8000 certifications.
