岗位要求：

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

? University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, minimum 5 years working experience in Information Technology.

? Solid experience in enterprise-scale application development.

? Good knowledge in project management.

? Prefer to pass the subjects of 280 and 290 of LOMA examination

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

? Sound knowledge in LifeAsia or Integral Life and Front-End System.

? Knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise-scale IT system for Life Insurance.

? Good knowledge in Life Insurance products and workflow.

? Good team player.

? Self-initiative and pro-active.

? AS400/CL programming, COBOL/400, RPG/400, SQL/400, Opentext CCM and ECM, DB2, VB .NET, middle ware connectivity (For example, MQ) and client-server technologies.

?JLPT N2，speak Janpanese fluently

岗位内容：

 Carry out development activities including feasibility study, user expectation management, and change management.

? Propose on system development strategy and planning.

? Evaluate and recommend new IT products and services.

? Measuring/identify potential risk and recommends risk mitigation wherever appropriate.

? Deliver system modification/enhancement within budget and time frame.

? Assist direct supervisor on executing IT initiatives & strategies.
