职位描述

Purpose of the position:

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for Trade Marketing in support of our sales teams (and their online and offline partners), Product and Sales training, Meeting & Events marketing, and managing the brand image of our offline stores as well as overseeing their transformation into experience stores. The B2B Marketing Manager will work closely with online travel agents and regional sales & marketing teams, in order to create creative and impactful marketing communications that drive business volume.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with brand and product team and develop trade marketing materials for all campaigns and activations for sales at national level
  • Coordinate with regional teams for the further adaption of materials and their activation to boost sales all the while respecting brand guidelines
  • Develop strong training plans and programs to ensure that all the front sales teams have the right material, talking points, product knowledge and motivation to deliver results
  • Manage brand image online and offline with all trade partners
  • Be project leader on our offline shop in shop transformation, to deliver offline client retail experience and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate the 2n-3rd tier city expansion plan with regional leaders and teams


Mission 1 Trade Marketing and regional coordination

  • With the regional sales teams, build regional trade marketing calendar matching different region lead times and specificites
  • Create and deliver full trade marketing communication kits adapted to regional sales teams needs and specificities
  • Be responsible for brand and tactical campaign implementation across all indirect channels
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all B2B channels
  • Full REX (return on experience) for all activations
  • Tracking and reporting 


Mission 2 Product and sales training & Events

  • Develop solid product and campaign training to deliver to all BD and external partners
  • Create efficient follow up processes to ensure the efficiency of all trainings
  • Develop training programs that will increase the performance of our sales teams product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage and coordinate the TA FAM trips and their follow up


Mission 3 Coordination and support of Meetings and Events channels


  • Develop structural tools and communications to support MICE sales teams 



Mission 4 Offline client retail experience

  • Manage our offline SIS brand image and performance coordination at national level
  • Lead the offline retail client experience transformation
  • Support regional sales in their 2nd, 3rd tier market penetration expansion plan, with opening of new SIS


Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communication/Business, etc. and 5 years' working experience
  • Sales background, with good marketing sense. Experience in travel agency a plus (almost a must)

  • Needs to have proven record of driving sales

  • Awareness of China market and how it is evolving, with ability to adapt

  • Understand the TA/OTA/MICE business in China

  • Team management experience
  • Proven record of drving sales
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
