Key Responsibilities

·Following project permitting and approvals from the preliminary approvals till the final acceptance. 

·Coordinate with Design parties to manage and control the design deliveries. 

·Manage and coordinate with all out-sources 3rd parties like project management company, Quantity surveyor, and all other 3rd parties involved in the project.  

·Manage and coordinate with the general contractor and other contractors.

·Manage and coordinate with the site Jianli. ·Control and manage the site construction quality with a daily full time checking in the construction site to monitor each work.

·Control and manage the site construction progress.

·Control and manage the site construction safety. ·Follow the final handover and acceptance from contractors to the operation.

·Coordinate with related parties for all kinds of reports preparation like project monthly report, bi-weekly report, meeting minutes, cost related reports..etc

·Manage and control the project documentation and archive like all internal and external reports, minutes, transmittals, approval requests, payment approvals, construction quality/safety/progress documents, system equipment/machine qualified certificates and handbooks, testing reports, and other necessary documents. 

·Provide technical support to the leasing and operation team.

     

Competencies

1. Construction experience in China or abroad

4. Familiar with Chinese Specification

  

Knowledge and Skills

1．Know Chinese construction code and specification well

2.  Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

3．Good skill of computer software such as Microsoft word excel powerpoint,  Auto cad, deal with images

RDM目前正在国内和国际稳步拓展，其冀望在不久的未来，携手佛罗伦萨小镇的名品奥特莱斯在中国取得更大的成就。
