Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the preparations of buying season, including China Supply Chain exploration, buying analysis, retail communication etc.

? Develop and maintain effective relationships and communications with China supply chain. Lead efforts to improve supplier performance (on-time delivery, capacity, costs, lead-times and quality).Participate for the development and growth of our online sales business and increasing brand awareness in the digital channel.
? Critically analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs and devise a product merchandising plan
? Strategically plan the flow of goods and markdown cadence from full price to outlet channel 
? Assure sales achievement, margin meet budget 
? Utilize data to understand buys based on historical sales data and seasonal trends
? Supervisor the merchandising team to manage stock levels, reacting to change/ demand and logistics, and organize transfers when needed with a strategic purpose 
?Apply the distribution strategy by replenishing the continuative stock with a view of optimization of the business including sizing, seasonal and logistic challenges 
? Track sales trends and execute timely implementation of clearance and liquidation strategies to sell down seasonal products
? Responsible for product training & seasonal training of assigned category
? Monitor industry trends, evaluate competition, and attend major trade shows
? Work effectively with cross functional departments and necessary action

?根据历史销售数据和季节趋势，利用数据来理解购买行为；

?管理采购团队管理库存水平，对变化/需求和物流做出反应，并根据战略需要组织转移；

?通过补充持续库存，运用分销策略，优化业务，包括规模调整、季节性和物流挑战；

?跟踪销售趋势，及时执行清仓清算策略，完成季节性产品的降价销售；

?负责指定品类的产品培训及季节性培训；

?监控行业趋势，评估竞争，参加大型贸易展会；

?与跨职能部门和必要的行动有效地合作。

Qualifications
? University degree majored in Marketing/e-Commerce/fashion , or related areas
? Minimum 2-3 years’China Supply Chain & Fast Fashion experience ,Fast Fashion retail brand is preferred
? Strong understanding of Fast Fashion E-Commerce operations and China Supply Chain .
? Fluent in Mandarin & English (both speaking & writing)
? Result driven & detailed oriented
? Excellent analysis, communication and planning skill
? Strong logic thinking with high self-discipline

?2-3年以上中国供应链及快时尚经验，快速时尚零售品牌优先

?对快时尚电子商务运营和中国供应链有较强的理解

?流利的普通话和英语(口语和写作流利者优先考虑)

?结果驱动和细节导向

?优秀的分析、沟通和计划能力

?逻辑思维强，自律性强
