岗位职责

1．  对花草树木适时浇水，满足其生长需要，防止过旱和过涝；

2．  对花草树木适时适量施肥，方法正确，满足花草树木正常生长发育需要；

3．  对花木进行修剪、整形，使花木长量适当，长势优良；

4．  清理杂草、杂物，适时剪草，保持草的一定生长高度，草地整洁、美观；

5．  经常巡视校园的绿化地，并听从上级安排的其他事宜。

岗位要求

1.     熟悉花草树木品种、名称、特性和栽培管理方法；熟悉花木病虫害的防止方法

2.     熟练使用园林器具

3.     身体健康，吃苦耐劳，服从上级安排

4.     工作积极主动，服务意识强，极强责任心，能吃苦耐劳，承受较大工作压力
