职责 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

●  公司所有模具点检、维护和保养。All company mould check, repair and maintenance.

●  模具、治具设变及改良。Improvements on Mould and fixture

●  合绵品质不良问题点收集、评审和改善实施。Able to collets information on repairs, review the problem and make improvements.

●  辅助部门日常管理工作组织和安排。 Support the daily management work organization and arrangement.

●  模具维护、改良记录整理存档。Record Mould maintenance improvement records.

●  维修用专用工具、设备维修及保养。Maintain all special tools and equipment.

●  TPM、5S等活动的参与和实施。Participation and the implementation of 5S and TPM activities.

● 上级交办事项达成。Complete work assigned by supervisor.

 

要求 JOB REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES：

● 大专及以上学历，具备模具专业理论知识或经验。 College degree or above, with professional knowledge or experience in mold.

● 流畅的中文表达和书写能力。Ability to speak and write fluent Chinese.

● 身体健康，好学上进、细心有责任感，乐于奉献。Healthy, studious aspirant, careful, responsible, dedicated.

●能操作UG、CAD、CATIA等专业技术软件的基础运用Able to operate basic application of UG, CAD, CATIA and other professional technical software

● 掌握发泡模具各项维修、保养标准作业流程。Master all foaming mould maintenance, maintenance of standard operating process.

● 具备焊工、叉车资格证书优先。 Qualification certificate of welder and forklift is preferred.

● 服从上级组织和安排，具备一定得沟通应变能力。Obey company rules and requirements, able to communicate with others.
