1、根据公司发展战略及规划，负责管理电销团队，制定并组织实施完整的销售计划，完成销售目标

2、对市场环境、目标、计划和业务活动进行分析，完善电话销售运营方案，优化客户体验，提升服务质量

3、负责对电话销售与服务进行监督检查，发现问题及时纠正，不断优化流程

4、制定培养计划，搭建团队培训机制，培养和提升团队整体业务和服务能力，激发团队工作积极性

岗位要求:

1、大专及以上学历

2、5年以上电话销售经验，3年以上团队管理经验

3、强烈的目标导向意识，善于团队激励

4、沟通能力强，有良好的商业意识、服务意识和数据分析能力

5、从事过呼叫中心行业、银行业或有销售经验者优先考虑
