Treasury Management

  

• Petty cash management

• Administration of collection and payment process on project basis

• Recording of cash and bank activities

• Safeguard and management of cheques

• Keep interaction with banks on treasury matter

• Report the daily bank transaction and bank balance, daily banking work to check receipts of funds

• Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation.

              

 

  

Tax and Invoice Management:

  

• Issue the VAT invoice base on billing in the system

  

• In charge of tax declaration e.g. VAT, income tax, withholding tax, business tax, stamp duty, etc.

• Daily communicate with the tax authority

• Assist for annual auditing, annual tax return and government inspection.

• Have a flexible attitude as the team further expands and takes on additional roles and responsibilities

• Provide financial services to other functions in the company.

          

 

  

Requirements:

  

• College degree or above in finance or economic related

• Logical thinking  and strong minded in efficiency improvement

• Sound accounting background

• Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working;

• Good communication skill; good in English, both oral and written

• Strong computer & data processing skill, and solid knowledge in data processing software

• Possess initiative and a positive attitude, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
