任职要求Requirements：

1. English communication ability at a high spoken and written level;
2. Graduated from high school and studied accounting / bookkeeping;
3. Detail orientated;
4. Good organizational skills;
5. Ability to use Excel at a good level;
6. Learn some of cashier job.

岗位职责Responsibilities:

1. Main responsible payment data checking and input to file day by day and send out to leader check;
2. Down load the bank statement checking with payment file to make sure Xero data correct, Upload bank statements and Payment file to Xero;
3. Create new bills in XERO and Sales invoices upload (details and supporting documents);
4. Do the monthly Management account reports (Management report, advance of cash report, R&D expenses report);
5. Credit cards reconciliation;
6. Create the new project codes in Project code file, XERO and ERP system;
7. Laxton Technologies SA monthly VAT reconciliation ( need to send the bank statements and XERO's VAT report to SA Intrecor and check the accuracy);
8. Responsible assist to work with Casher of the accounting team;
9. Complete the temporary task assigned by the head.
