职位描述：

1. 负责单证及相关文件的制作及时准确上传和系统数据的准确录入；
2. 整理、分类客户的船运材料，例如补单信息和改单要求等；
3. 负责与客户或海外代理洽谈，接收订单；
4. 检查报表的准确性，包括目的港、航线等信息；
5. 接听客户来电，回复客户邮件，回复客户的简单咨询，需要了解的基本信息等；
6. 客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作。

职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，有相关行业工作经验者和英语良好者优先；
2. 熟悉各种office软件；
3. 有上进心和责任心，工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，服从上级领导的安排；
4. 有良好的沟通协调能力及客户服务意识。
