Job Responsibilities:

1.Support superior to finish all engine related test and metrological test activities;

2.Support global sourcing project to perform all test for new components, such as assembly test and endurance test;

3.Conduct field test, endurance test for lawn mover and lawn tractor;

4.Conduct other test requested from Project Engineer;

5.Analysis and solve the knotty problems in testing;

6.Finish and manage all test reports in a professional and efficient manner;

7.Manage test lab and sample room according to 5S;

8.Manage and maintenance all equipment, facilities and tools in test lab;

9.Take ad hoc assignments from superior.

工作职责：

1.协助上级完成有关发动机开发的测试；

2.协助全球采购开发项目组开展有关新部件的测试，例如组装测试和耐久性测试等；

3.对割草机和手持式设备进行技术测试和耐久性测试；

4.根据项目工程师的要求进行其他测试；

5.分析和解决测试过程中出现的棘手问题；

6.以专业的方式在有效时间内撰写和完成所有测试报告；

7.根据5S要求整理和整顿测试实验室和样品房；

8.负责测试实验室所有设备、机器和工具的维护保养；

9.完成上级安排的其他任务。

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in engine or mechanical;

2.more than 3 years experiences on engine testing and engine supply chain;

3.Experience in manufacturing process for all engine components;

4.Experience in engine testing laboratory;

5.Experience in field test ( garden tools, motorcycle, auto or similar );

6.Experience in technical reporting;

7.Fluent technical English in both oral and written.

任职资格：

1. 本科或以上学历，工程类或机械类相关专业；

2. 三年以上发动机开发测试和发动机供应链工作经验；

3. 具备发动机零部件生产工艺及相关制程的工作经验；

4. 具备发动机测试实验室操作的工作经验；

5. 具备技术测试经验、熟悉行业法规（园林设备、摩托车、汽车或相关行业）；

6. 能独立撰写测试报告；

7. 良好的专业技术类英语听说读写能力。
