职位描述
-Play a key role in China E-commerce business strategy development under the leadership of China E-commerce business leader.
-Own the strategy development preparation work, including but not limiting accessing the landscape, identify key issues & opportunities and draft ideas & strategies in order to deliver the overall business objective.
-Propose E-commerce business strategy upon responsible E-commerce platforms business.
-To deliver E-commerce platforms Sales and Profit target by developing and implementing business operation plans within budget by complying the E-commerce strategy.
-Closely work with Marketing to develop, manage & execute e-commerce Sales and Marketing programs including but not limiting to CRM, Fans Club, promotion, creative, email, web, Wechat programs etc.
-Manage responsible E-commerce platform operations including but not limited to inventory and warehouse, logistics and distribution, sales forecasting management, and P&I management etc.
-Work closely with appointed agencies to drive traffic and deliver a superior customer shopping experience for target shoppers, including but not limit to optimizing target store key elements including branding, design, navigation, assortment, site content, traffic generation, and demand generation etc.
-Lead the management of e-Commerce distributors and key accounts.
-Acquire new Key Account partners through offering them the new project with a unique financial product. Necessary to have liaisons with decision makers within partners management level.
-Setting and deploying tailored made strategy for Key Accounts, understanding decision making process/decision makers identification Key Accounts.
-Clear strategy and KPI set up/ sales plans / promotions activities plans for Key Accounts according to company strategy. Regular sales results monitoring, making analysis, improvement action plans execution. Correction steps undertaking if needed.
-Responsible for signing contract, planning and getting the sales results, developing the distribution sales network and keeping the business relationship with Key Accounts.
-Expand the distribution and business in major e-Commerce platforms including Tmall and JD
build up then maintain strong relationship with different E-commerce platforms in a professional manner.
-Take the lead of expanding the business and distribution on e-Commerce channel according to E-commerce strategy and target.
-Build up the business relationship with responsible E-commerce platforms in a professional way, e.g. develop and execute annual business plan and drive regular business reviews & engagement with key E-commerce platforms.
-Report the expansion progress and the new direction that e-Commerce channel drives at monthly basis.
职位要求:
-Bachelor degree or above.
-2+ years working experience in managing online retail channels and stores, totally 4+ years professional working experiences (Managing Tmall & Taobao business & FMCG industry experiences is a PLUS.)
-Strong ability to build trust with and influencing internal and external business partners.
-Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions, ability to prioritize, and deliver high quality results.
