· Formulate growth strategy and implement national marketing programs for the assigned product category
· Develop annual brand business plan and manage medical marketing budget to achieve the sales target and franchise P&L
· Establish and maintain good relation with national KOLs
· Work with research agency on research project that provides physician insights
· Work with agency on the development of communication platform and key selling message based on physician insight
· Lead and develop subordinates to support organizational and business growth
· Comply with the rules and regulations of company and HCC.

资历
· Bachelor degree or above
· 6-8 years medical marketing working experience in RX, OTC, Vaccine
· Preferably with 1-2 years field sales experience.
· Good understanding in product management of OTC and/or ethical business.
· Good spoken and written English.
