Description
·Work with Accenture for Accounts Payable.
·Down Payments follow up.
·Timely feedback employee's queries relate to expense reimbursement status and vendor payments.
·Review Accounts Payable Reconciliation by C+3 and follow up the outstanding issue.
·Provide monthly Departmental Expense Budget Vs. Actual Report.
·Provide monthly Accounts Payable Report Package:
1. Fee For Service Analysis Report
2. Quarterly Top Ten Vendors Reconciliation
·Annual review Payment Cycle DCM & Testing per SOX requirements.
·Update Account Payable related SOP to align with company policy.
·Assist line manager for any ad hoc assignment.
·Perform other duties or tasks assigned by line manager.
·Be in duty bound to transferring the received complaint to the designated department according to company complaint handling procedure timely.
·Comply with the rules and regulations of company and HCC.

Qualifications
Associate Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting.
· 2-3 years or above of Finance & Accounting experience in multinational companies
· Solid knowledge of Finance & Accounting
· Good computer skills for OFFICE(Excel, Word, Power Point)
· SAP Experience is preferred
· SOX Experience is preferred
· Good communication skills
· Good team player
· Good at English skills in both writing and speaking
